-The first point of contact, respond to inquiries via telephone or email.

-Draft employee contracts in Arabic and English.

-Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

-Provide direct administrative support to departments and senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.

-Review and update employee’s documents and information on HIRS (e.g., legal and personal documents, contract and various requests)

-Distribute project-related copies to internal teams

-Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

-Issue/Renew the residencies of employees.

-Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

-Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

-To Comply to any other assignment given by the Direct Manager.
