- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records as per the sales orders, monthly reports, and any other documents as per requirement.
- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, writing & printing all companies’ letters, etc.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team in helping to create the necessary Sales Orders as per the POs received from the Sales Team for the clients.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoices.
- Make sure of the availability of stock of POSM to ensure continuous process of co-packing. Deal with production companies to print required POSM internally. Follow up with warehouse for the co-packing process.
