The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and execution of print communication mediums; developing the monthly media plans as well as monitoring all the marketing expenses in addition to planning major marketing campaigns.
- Creates and supervises the execution of the monthly media plans
- Compiles and monitors all marketing expenses
- In-charge of daily press ads, weekly catalogues and flyers and monthly insertions in magazines
- Plans and books all media vehicles and strategic direction for major campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager and advertising agency
- Create marketing briefs and direct the activities of advertising agencies and in-house design resources
- Create campaign calendar, coordinate promotional activities and follow up on tactical implementation
- Plan, organize, execute and manage events
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
- Manages and archives all communication for proof of execution and future reference
- Coordinates with category teams on their promotional activities.
