To perform QA/QC activities & manage department
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
• Responsible for QA/QC department & it’s activities
• Define testing methods for bottles, Caps, Alu Cans, Packaging Material & finished Goods etc.
• Laydown procedure to implement GMP & GLP norms and ensure compliance
• Define AQL for incoming raw material and components
• Create methods of sampling, prepare format and forms to analyze, report & record information/data
• Maintain QC records
• Vendor rating, evaluation & preparation of report
• GRN clearance
• Check & verify work order by production & take action in case of discrepancy
• Train the team down the line
• Preparation of documents & Registration of product, label compliance with regulatory authorities - local & overseas
• Resolve & manage customer complain by taking corrective action
• Responsible for QC of incoming materials and coordinating with vendors and resolving in case of discrepancy occurs
• Participate in preparation of product formulations
• Ensure label compliance on products and packing
