Needs to undertake
- Complying with all company, local accounting and financial regulations.
- Using the accounting application Xero.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Issue invoices and follow up with client payments
- Review open accounts fore collection efforts.
- Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Collect customer payment in accordance with payment due dates.
- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with Management.
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
- Email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
- Assist with special projects related t the billing team.
- Maintain daily bank reporting.
- Complete all aspects of the position timely and accurately.
