Job Summary
- As a social media content Specialist, it is your job to manage a company’s social media content strategy to boost engagement and build a positive brand image. Your duties include developing a social media marketing plan, creating and posting new content, connecting with the community, and analyzing the success and performance of your social media marketing campaigns. This career requires extensive digital marketing experience, knowledge of a variety of social media platforms, and strong search engine optimization (SEO) skills. Additional qualifications include the ability to take on other similar responsibilities, such as online content creation and community management.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
