Job Title: Research Manager
Report To: VP – Marketing & Corporate Communication
Key Responsibilities
· Generate periodic market intelligence reports analysing demographic, macroeconomic and product specific trends as per the requirements of the Sales and Marketing department.
· Develop briefs to assist the VP Marketing and Corporate Communication in conducting research on markets, products and services within the real estate development and investment universe.
· Liaise with and manage the relationship with third party research consultancies.
· Develop and administer customer satisfaction surveys / questionnaires and be able to analyse data and present findings.
· Assist the VP Marketing and Corporate Communication in generating periodic presentations to management.
· Assist the VP Marketing and Corporate Communication in coordinating with the other departments to generate new reports and analysis by enhancing the business intelligence tools.
· Build and maintain reporting dashboards.
· Maintain catalogue of the company’s Group products and services along with their performance.
· Assist other departments, in coordination with the VP Marketing and Corporate Communication, to generate ad hoc reports.
· Follow the local, GCC and international real estate investment, development, engineering and contracting industry market trends.
· Compare the company’s Group products and services with its peers and identify areas of growth and/or challenges.
· Identify new products and offerings locally, in the GCC and internationally that can cater to underserved customer requirements.
· Generate regular and special reports for Management that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the products and services section and escalate critical matters.
· Liaise with other departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all products and services transactions.
· Performs other responsibilities as required by line manager.
