Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
- Screen job candidates and conduct interviews to perform background checks, and provide orientation to new team members.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Performance Management and Strategic Planning
- Prepare or update team member records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development.
- Explain Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing team members to build a strong foundation and increase team member engagement.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Learning and Development
- Design and implement effective training and development plans to build strong structures and procedures.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of the success of training programs. The follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
