. Work directly with & report to the HR Manager regarding all HR endeavors.
· Facilitating human resources processes.
· Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.).
· Produce & submit reports on general HR activities.
· Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes & practices as well as recommending changes to the HR manager.
· Evaluate benefits package options annually, altering packages as necessary to ensure the most positive outcomes for the company & employees. (draft)
· Make sure all health & safety regulations are followed.
· Respond to internal & external HR-related inquiries or requests & provide assistance.
· Verifying CV’s emails, coordinating the selection process & preparing the interview agenda.
· Assist manager in performance management procedures.
· Coordinate & delegate tasks to the appropriate company’s employee.
· Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal info., leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper & database & ensure all employment requirements are met.
· Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement & evaluation.
· Acting as a liaison between departments/employees & insurance providers.
· Providing guidance & assistance to new employees.
· Administering the employees’ selection of hours process & annual vacation requests, & resolving necessary payroll inquiries as inquired.
· Facilitate cooperation & understanding between management & employees by mediating misunderstandings & explaining company processes & policies.
· Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
