Job Title: Head of Change Management & Governance
Report: CIO
Team size: 6-7 members
Key Responsibilities
GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Contribute to divisional strategy through aligning all non-technical activities with divisional strategy and business plans
· Define and implement the bank’s divisional policies and processes.
· Coordinate and report on risk compliance in divisional activities.
· Ensure divisional activities comply with governance and legal / regulatory frameworks.
· Manage, motivate and coach people in line with succession / career planning requirements.
· Engage with stakeholders to achieve acceptable outcomes as per bank strategy.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Lead process improvement and change initiatives that deliver significant benefits
· Monitor divisional budget and assist in execution of division’s budget plans.
· Manage change requests across all divisions through prioritisation, chair the Change Control Board.
· Track all contracts and invoices.
· Drive people related activity across the division, including employee engagement, identification of skill shortages, proposals for training programs, engaging with HR to deliver positive outcomes across the division.
· Manage monitoring of productivity and lead / monitor initiatives to achieve cost reduction / productivity improvements.
· Facilitate work of internal and external audits, monitor resolution of open points within the agreed timelines.
· Develop and lead license management bank-wide by dealing with local / international vendors. Raising awareness, ensuring compliance and effective cost management.
