- Prepares & executes preventive maintenance schedule and corrective maintenance schedule which includes manpower, materials, tools, spare parts timing and time required.
- Plans & executes maintenance jobs relating to and arising from regular and routine daily inspection.
- Ensure safety during work execution.
- Checks and maintains inventory database regularly and initiate PRS thru system.
- Creates and maintains database of repair from information arising from inspection, repairs and daily downtime report.
- Prepares and updates master data for all equipment thru the computerized maintenance system.
- Prepares department maintenance report weekly, monthly and annual performance report.
- Attends and participates in department meetings and as required by the management.
- Works accordance with company rules and regulations.
- Perform other tasks and duties that assigned by his superior.
