- Receive sales enquire by email and telephone calls
- Prepare sales quotations and send them to customers.
- Maintain records related to sales.
- Coordinate with Sales Team and Technical Team in arranging demonstrations and presentations.
- Receive calls from customers for technical support and assign the job to Technicians.
- Maintain records related to After sales support service and monitor that maintenance calls are attended to, and preventive maintenance is done during the warranty and against Maintenance Agreements.
- Inform customers before the expiry of warranty and send a proposal for annual maintenance contracts.
- Report to higher management any issues or matters which could not be resolved for timely intervention.
- Monthly Salary Range: Based on Qualification
