About: The Wellness & Family Luxury Resort in Kuwait:
Scheduled to open 2nd quarter of 2022 the resort will be an ultra-luxury urban retreat targeting high profile individuals and families of business executives, active retirees, young entrepreneurs and fitness driven individuals. The facilities and services are designed to be unmatched to any other wellness resort in Kuwait. The resort will offer unique and state of the art facilities and services to its members like ample spa facilities, private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, selected restaurant concepts, racket sports academy, comprehensive fitness facilities with personal trainers and classes, and unique fashion and sports retail.
This role is focused on creating and maintaining a high profile and positive image for the resort by encouraging and engaging customer preference through effectively communicating with media and industry partners. You will work closely with the operation teams and report directly to the General Manager of the resort.
The role of the Marketing Manager will be key in driving revenue and membership enrollment, thus helping the property to achieve their commercial objectives; international and regional positive PR exposure.
Main focus will be to manage media relations, digital marketing and build loyalty among top tier media and members.
You will also be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved and building awareness and positioning for the resort.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience of budgeting.
- Experience delivering successful campaigns and building effective strategies across marketing, PR and social media.
- Experience with digital marketing and content writing ability.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, positive and self-motivated.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
