System / Application Management
· Configure WU terminal for branch users and perform the 1st level support for all WU related issues.
· Provide required support for Mexs application to all company users, perform users’ maintenance activity in Mexs application.
· Install firewalls, anti-virus for End-User PC and other computer systems (servers etc). Installation of Operating Systems, MS Office tools, software applications and software updates. Troubleshoot / support all software / applications.
· Create / remove user mailboxes and distribution groups; support all users emails grant calendar and mailbox Proxy for all users.
Hardware / Network Management
· Install and provide post installation support for hardware components including Printers and other peripherals owned by the Company under the control of the IT department. Track and monitor old hardware stock and update inventory / record keeping periodically.
Supporting
· Serve as the sole point of contact for all company employees calling into IT department for all IT related queries and issues.
Coordinate with assigned application vendors/consultants if any issues arise during the use of the application.
