- Attending customer / branch calls at the call center.
- Attend to email enquiries from various branches/customers discuss unclear matters with Line Manager and reply accordingly.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Ensure attending to all calls and minimizing abandon calls.
- Receive, verify and execute amendment, stop payment as received from the branches promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries on non-receipt and direct them to the CSC supervisor.
- Filling documents after completion.
- Full knowledge and awareness of company products and services
- Encourage customer inquiring about a product or service to use our services.
- Support branches on product and service related inquires.
- Recording all relevant information such are reminders, incomings, stop payment amendments, refunds in the register.
- Proactively call and inform customer on refunds, amendment requirements, and inquiry status feedback.
- Escalating chronic or urgent matters to CSC supervisor /manager.
- Attend walk in customers if required.
