1- Follow all regulations, policies and procedures regarding food handling, personal hygiene, safety and proper sanitation.
2- Received food items and maintain the stock
3-Making all kinds of bread, pastry products as per recipe card
4- Preparing and decorating all types of Cake
5-Portion the baked products and put them in serving dishes
6-Set up bakery display cases and ensure they are clean /sanitizes after use
7-Clean and sanitize all equipment and surface in the baking section daily
8- Perform any other tasks as needed by management
9-Attend all training and meeting as required
