Position main objective :
Administrate sales activities in terms of customer visits , sales analysis and products delivery to ensure customer satisfaction which include but not limited to following duties:
- Prepare sales quotation through coordination with sales team and sales manager
- Schedule sales team visiting reports and do proper analysis of sales team target visits
- Update Social Media channels with marketing materials as required
- Follow up with administration , warehouse and other related departments to ensure proper delivery for customer
- communicate with customers to maintain proper customer satisfaction and data analysis
- Duly check invoices , collections , correspondents with clients/suppliers and sales team
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop , prepare monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Act as a link between the client - service center - management.
- Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products
