JOB PROFILE
- Must have thorough knowledge in reading and understanding the wiring schedules, circuit diagrams, BOQs, general assembly drawings, working principles of LV switchgear.
- Experience with Motor control centers, LT Boards, DBs, MSBs, etc.
- Familiarity with ACB, MCCB, Annunciators, Flag relays, Control relays, Relay control centers, etc.
- Should have knowledge in Assembly procedures, ISO procedures, Safety procedures and assembly instruments and tools applicable for LV switchgear panels.
- Computer knowledge on MS-Office, AutoCAD is essential.
- Preparation of work plan in Excel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lead independently a group of 3 to 4 Foremen with 100 technicians in Switchgear panel assembly. Should possess good delegating skills.
- Ability to deal simultaneously with various work orders/various products.
- Able to prepare daily/weekly/monthly assembly plans and ensuring the target dates are met.
- Should maintain the shop floor discipline, maintain tidy assembly line and factory environment
