Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain the maximum level of scientific
knowledge for the assigned products, the related therapeutic
areas and competitors.
- Identify and validate the targeted HCPs list for assigned
territory with help of peers and line manager.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with opinion leaders,
pharmacists, physicians and wholesalers in the territory.
- Align promotional activities with the overall strategy and
ensure that all promotional and selling activities are compliant
with the well-known ethical standards and with focus on competitors.
- Align with targeted operational KPIs and reflect high
achievement record. Apply the official selling skills model to
promote the assigned product to HCPs in the territory by using
the approved promotional marketing materials and samples.
- Implement sales plans through regular visit and group
presentation for HCPs as per the assigned target and follow up
sales orders of key accounts.
- Using the reporting system to report different activities like
daily visits, group meetings, and joint field coaching visits,
sample distribution and other feedback.
- Be accountable for storing, distributing and management of all
AAW resources like promotional materials and samples.
- Follow up all the sales issues like budget, sales figures, orders
bonus and expiries.
- Be an ambassador for AAW and co-operating companies,
projecting excellent image towards all stakeholders.
- Support the line manager and peers in the sales activities like
sales analysis, forecasting and territory allocation.
