HR & Administrative Affairs:
To manage a proper filing system of personnel files.
To manage a proper record of all company licenses and their renewals, and actively follow-up the processes.
To implement policies relating to all phases of personnel activity.
To coordinate with administrative affairs for all requirements of the staff.
To prepare and follow-up on all visa issuance procedures.
To follow-up on residency formalities such as medical check-up, finger print, medical insurance in timely manner.
To follow-up on residences renewal, & reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
Ensure that personnel records, files, passports etc. are properly organized, safeguarded and maintained at all times.
Ensure timely compliance of regulatory requirements for all employees such as residency and work permit, civil id, renewals.
Monitor governmental labor law developments.
Responsible for timely compliance of regulatory requirements for all employees such as residency permit, civil id, renewals etc.
Handling the processes of leave requests; & the annual leave balance report.
Coordinate day-to-day HR operating issues between departments and HR.
To handle recruiting activities including CV Screening, Interview Scheduling, and Job offers.
To maintain and update all HR Hiring reports & trackers.
To ensure that proper job descriptions are available for all Functions.
