  • Receive and process all calls from all customers, agents and other external or internal parties.
  • Apply proper telephone etiquette in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base.
  • Advise potential customers with detailed information regarding all products and services by placing outbound calls, emailing and responding to inquiries or requests.
  • Process customers’ requests, inquiries, complaints and appointments through utilizing available resources and respond to customers’ questions about different products and services to ensure the best quality of customer service.
  • Trace customer requests, inquiries and complaints to ensure that all related complaints are effectively resolved.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues related to customers’ requests, inquiries or complaints to the superior in order to take corrective actions and to prevent future complaints.
  • Update and maintain a complete record of incoming and outgoing calls in the system.
  • Comply with Quality Assurance Requirements to enhance the quality of services provided by the Administration Department and increase customers’ satisfaction.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by management.
