Working closely with the Business Operations Manager, the candidate shall ensure the company is well represented and strengthen its identity in the industry. Build alliances with Operators to sell all our Mobile Services. Gather substantial information that would maximize the company’s presence in the business while ensuring that the company’s mission and vision are obtained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good understanding of the Content consumption on Mobile VAS and Digital domain of the MEA region.
- Achieving sales targets by executing daily sales duties of all the company products (SMS, MMS, IVR, & CRBT, OTT…etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand VAS sales.
- Using the existing networks of telecom/VAS industry, managing key contacts with Operators, 3rd Party, Solution Provider and Content Providers which can add great value to the business in terms strategic revenue growth.
- Responsible for Content management, content promotion, content screening, uploading & publishing service activation & deactivation.
- Launch new services & products according to the market needs & requirements with proper market survey on latest happening, increasing life cycle of services & products.
- Implement marketing program/campaign drives to enhance customer acquisition, service penetration& Increases revenues.
- Monitor performance of existing Digital VAS and identify areas of improvement and implement the improvement strategy.
- Evaluate New Services and propose promising ones to launch.
- Track the competitors’ activities in various domain and flash reports and dashboards.
- Study market requirements on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for incremental revenues.
- Help enhance conversion rate per impression through the right selection of content.
- WAP Portal Deck Management (GUI).
- Research and prepare statistical reports using data from the consumer database.
- Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence for use in business management.
- Discuss service/product reports with the client and define actionable.
- Reconciliation with vendors, partners, and Telecom operators.
- Reporting & Data analysis.
- Managing monthly reports and reconciliation process with the Telecom operators, SPs, and CPs.
- UAT testing and Services quality assurance.
