1. Introduce fresh & original design ideas that match project requirements and office design aesthetics
2.Display capability in following a detailed design process to assure outstanding unique design output.
3. Produce final design deliverables up-to photo realistic renders and presentations.
4. Develop a thorough understanding of projects and their design furthermore provides major input in developing building performance friendly solutions that will be constantly discussed with team members when appropriate.
5. Provides technical design input and support for the development of the entire design concept.
6. Seek and provide creative designs and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documents to support these solutions.
7. Actively collaborates with and coordinate work of various services consultants and knowledge resources to ensure the project deliverables are coordinated, integrated and support the design concept and performance goals of the project.
8. Prepare design deliverables and leads the detailed development of construction documents during all project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project documentation.
9. Advances the production of schematic, design development and construction documents drawings and specifications in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost and design intent.
10. Maintain awareness of evolving building technology and systems.
11. Review shop drawings, material samples for conformance with design.
12. Maintain good professional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases, participating in marketing, client and owner presentations as required.
13. Has the ability to design and handle a project form conception to handover.
14.Build outcomes that give pride to office and team
15.Must have a sense of ownership in everything design produced.
