  • Preparing the annual budget for the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department
  • Addressing department managers to determine their functional needs
  • Preparing the annual staffing plan and comparing it with the budget
  • Addressing the recruitment companies and contracting with them
  • Carrying out recruitment procedures (interviewing the candidates, preparing the job offer and job features, explaining the job description of the candidate)
  • Preparing the annual training plan for employees based on the annual evaluation
  • Preparing learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Preparing the electronic system for the annual evaluation of employees in cooperation with consulting and specialized companies
  • Follow up on wages and job benefits variables in the local market and provide suggestions for incentives and job benefits to ensure that high quality candidates are attracted and excellent employees are retained.
  • Supervising all steps of preparing monthly salaries, deductions, deductions, loans, vacations and all modifications to the salary system
  • Answer all inquiries related to job rights
  • Follow up the attendance and departure system and ensure that it matches the needs
  • Overseeing the attendance and departure process for employees on a permanent basis and directly addressing any defects
  • Preparing models for internal and external business trips and supervising all procedures for business trips (flights - hotels - Visa - invitations from external parties) and ensuring their compliance with the company's internal policies
  • Supervising the preparation of forms for affairs and immigration and other official bodies

  • Follow-up periodically renewals of work permits and residence permits for employees
  • Preparing and reviewing the internal regulations for the management of human resources and administrative affairs in cooperation with consulting and specialized companies
  • Preparing and developing job descriptions for all employees
  • Preparing all employment contracts and contracts for consultants and workers in the reward system
  • Follow up on all developments related to labor law and recent trends in human resource management
  • Ensuring the implementation of internal regulations, investigation procedures, disciplinary procedures, and procedures for disbursing end-of-service benefits in accordance with the Labor Law
  • Presenting and discussing with the employer any procedure or decision that contradicts the Labor Law
  • Preparing and supervising all official correspondences of the company, whether incoming or outgoing
  • Supervising the procedures for issuing and renewing the official licenses of the company (trade - firefighting - municipality - affairs - traffic - justice).
  • Follow up the daily workflow in the company’s departments, meet the employees on a daily basis, and work to resolve all disputes between employees
  • Preparing the attendance and departure system and permission in cooperation with the consulting and specialized companies, and supervising and following up on the amendments
  • Supervising all vehicles registered under the company's name and all its dealings with the General Traffic Department and other official bodies
  • Follow up on shop rental contracts and address the owners with regard to all contracts
  • Follow-up of traffic accident procedures for all company vehicles, repair procedures and claims
  • Supervising and implementing contracts with insurance companies for all types of insurance related to the company's employees and sites.
  • Follow up on telecommunications companies and their contracts, requests for new lines, and modify package segments for all employees
  • Reviewing all the private financial payments required from the company to others (car companies - commercial instalments - telecommunications companies - rentals)
  • Follow up the printing work of the printing presses for all the company’s publications in coordination with the designer
  • Carrying out all purchases for all (non-operating) assets, including stationery - all shop equipment, shelves and their accessories - merchandise bags - furniture - all warehouses setup equipment.
  • Follow up on the procedures for designing, detailing and purchasing employee uniform sets
  • Monitoring administrative expenses and other expenses of all departments
  • Monitoring and regulating the purchase of assets used within the company and reviewing the relevant regulations
