- Serves as the primary contact for the Pumps Unit, coordinating with the customer / client and the sales team for the smooth functioning of the department.
- Making pre-sales work like computer selection of the equipment, preparation of quotation, warranty claims and placing orders with suppliers.
- Directly responsible for providing extended technical support to customer.
- Work with sales and distribution to promote and support Engine, Panel and accessory business in existing applications and to discover new application spaces.
- Support & drive local Kuwait based market activities like customer, Clients and distributor trainings, Co-ordinate with suppliers for conducting fairs or technical conferences.
- To build and intensify relationships \[together with sales and marketing\] with key players to offer targeted application level solutions, help to define new device configurations.
- Deliver to the customers and enablers in the region Data sheets, tech notes, collaterals needed in the process to achieve target.
- Identify and grow new applications and market segments and drive the technical part of the agenda. Build up partnerships with emerging and innovative companies in order to attack fast growing application and influence marketing roadmaps accordingly.
- Provide details and analysis for competition technologies and devices on the market, develop system level understanding of the complete applications, electrical and especially optical side
- Maintain necessary departmental schedules, arrange meetings with clients and customers in liaison with departmental staff.
- Read and analyze incoming mails, maintaining monthly sales reports in order to determine a significant plan and their distribution.
- Preparation of Invoices, Delivery notes and Product Submittals for approvals.
- Preparing sales agenda and other required reports if any. Managing department database and prioritizing workloads.
