Roles and responsibilities
1. Manage large quantities of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow the script of texts and customized instructions for the calls.
3. Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives.
4. Provide marketing offers for products and services the company.
5. Building sustainable relationships with customers by obtaining additional data such as (email or phone number)
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable manner
7. Continuously attend educational trainings to improve the level of service and performance.
8. Follow-up procedures to achieve the objectives of the customer service department.
