- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning service and seating areas
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
- Ensure that the coffeemaker is in perfect working condition at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and are up to hygienic standards Top-up, refill coffee machine with beans & tea leaves as required
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies of coffee bar
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance as applicable; calling for repairs as and when needed
