Job Summary/Purpose:
Maintain and manage lease documents in compliance with Rent A Car policy & procedures. Maximize revenue through complete and accurate recording of rental income and other charges.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all documents for delivered vehicles are received and in compliance to RAC policy & procedures (contracts, delivery notes, deposits receipts, bank guarantee, credit approval & other necessary documents)
- Ensure proper maintenance & updating of lease customer files and attaching of the customer documents in SAP Business Partners (delivery notes, bank guarantee, credit approval requests, contracts, copy of Civil ID & Driving License, undertakings)
- Ensure timely, accurate & complete invoicing of lease vehicles
- Review and confirm customers' request for credit notes
- Ensure timely, accurate & complete invoicing of other charges (damages, extra KM & early termination charges)
- Timely complete submission of invoices, credit notes and debit notes to the Group Credit Department
- Provide user details (drivers) for updating MOI Traffic Portal on a daily basis for new vehicle deliveries, replacements and user changes.
- Ensure complete and timely response from customers on MOI traffic fines.
- Timely dispute resolution with customers on the rental charges and other charges
- Prepare documentation required for transferring defaulting customers to Legal.
- Enforce and ensure full compliance to Rent A Car Policies.
