If you have previous experience of merchandising as a senior buyer achieving margins and category profitability with excellent negotiation skills then this role offers the opportunity to lead product design, sourcing, in-store merchandising and category management for Justice.
Previous experience of the Middle East is not essential and as such this role provides an opportunity to gain experience in this market. Retail in MENA is growing steadily and working with Alshaya gives candidates with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills the platform to grow their role with a market-leader.
Knowledge
Qualification in Marketing or Business studies
Experience:
- 8 years retail experience including 5 years in a buying role.
- Retail Marketing experience
Skills:
- Negotiation skills
- Sales and Planning
- Category Management including sourcing
