-Coordination of maintenance and necessary services for the property and apartments
-Schedule and follow up on repairs in a timely manner.
-Maintain electronic landlord and property information.
-Conduct local market research for upcoming properties availability for rent.
-Maintain Emergency Contact lists
-Processes and follow up on invoices for vendors, landlords and tenants
-Assist Property Manager with tenant correspondence.
-Act as secondary point of contact for Stake Holders when property manager is not available
-Attend meetings for new property acquisitions
-Negotiate terms and conditions for apartments with potential landlord and tenants
-Responsible for drafting and executing lease contracts
-Conduct property inspections along with Property Manager.
