Job purpose
- Study, prepare, develop and review new proposed projects.
- Collect, combine and get needed stakeholders involved from different departments for preliminary approval.
- Source needed materials, machineries, suppliers and different resources for the projects.
- Prepare list of approved suppliers.
- Prepare BOQ, layouts, issuing RFPs and bidding process until contract determination.
- When needed, develop layouts and plans for the renovation projects as per latest and required standard.
- Provide statement of work containing study with timelines for execution, resourcing planning as well as CAPEX approval.
- Study current plants layout and propose development plan.
- Support team in execution phase.
Main Responsibilities
- Plans and prioritizes all relevant projects and cascade to the team on its relevant contribution to increasing product integrity and business revenues.
- Ensures collaboration and teamwork within the work site, thereby operational plans are well abided for the purpose of optimizing and improving activity efficiency.
- Adheres to company health & safety policy & guidelines.
Job Dimensions
- Inside My Function – Projects Mgr., Projects director.
- Outside My Function – Human Resources, Legal, Finance, GRD & admin, Suppliers and Ministries.
- Inter-Department Management Team.
Work condition
- Job Site – Indoor assignment, exposed to fast-paced production.
- Travel – At least 70% of the time across operating sites.
