1.Make a daily production plan for implementation to achieve the weekly and monthly plan for production
2.Issuing an operating order for a specialized machine or table.
3.Notify the maintenance person in charge of any faults in machines or tables during production
4.Follow up the manufacturing processes according to the work orders and the pre-set plan.
5.Delivery of the Finaly product to the inventory and Quality controller
6.Issuing the required reports on operating and production work orders
7.Follow up the transfer and circulation of materials within the manufacturing area
8.Ensure the cleanliness of the manufacturing area after the end of the daily work
9.Informing the project management of any obstacles that cause delay in production
• Agreeing weekly, Monthly production plans.
• Planning for production schedules and manpower.
• Planning for on-time delivery with good quality.
• Implementing production and manufacturing methods.
• Improving the efficiency of production and Maximum utilization of equipment (OEE).
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing process.
• Conducting the daily operational, maintenance and quality meetings.
• Developing the Skill Matrix in operators.
