- Apply architectural engineering principles to develop architectural designs & specifications for clients, required authorities, etc. and ensure they are being applied.
- Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs.
- Take measurements from site as required.
- Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
- Prepare and revise drawings for various governmental agencies to ensure they are being approved on time.
- Prepare working drawing sheets for on-site.
- Coordinate with electromechanical services to ensure a successful execution of the project.
- Ensure all designs meet architectural and construction safety regulations.
- Provide regular update to client as required.
- Supervise, train and motivate staff and ensure their work meets project specifications.
