Job Brief: We are looking for a smart candidate that is looking towards gaining new experience in the retail field. Candidates must have good Excel knowledge and is willing on improving their skills. The selected candidate will enter new stock coming from abroad, entering customer information, creating relevant reports, and has a strong sense of following up with other management teams. The candidate will also oversee inventory and stock control using inventory methods.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Entering data into software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- working tightly with warehouse management to insure correct entry.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
