- Has an experience in Kuwait ( at least one year).
- He has an experience in using ERP system ( it is a must)
- Overall responsibility to insure storerooms meet minimum stock and requirements.
- Write purchase orders as needed for items and office supplies contracts with key vendors.
- Monitor procedures for issuing items from storerooms to ensure merchandise is issued only on written requisitions by authorized personnel.
- Management responsibilities include products storeroom along with shipping and receiving staff.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
