- Direct the provision of services related to customers services, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR and IT, and other administrative support business functions with the Hospital.
- Direct the preparation of Departments’ budgets and monitor financial performance to monitor forecasted cost, revenues, areas of underperformance and opportunities to improve performance.
- Direct the development and implementation of related policies, business practices, controls and processes to ensure exceptional service in compliance with all applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Medical and Clinical Support Departments to ensure timely delivery of support services and genuinely embed operational excellence in healthcar.
- Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards, MOH requirements, regulations, Company’s policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of services provided by the Hospital.
- Assist in planning of new services that generate additional revenue and participate in managing costs by continually identifying new opportunities and take actions to eliminate non-value costs in conjunction with the hospital's financial.
- Lead the Department Heads to reduce costs, streamline services or develop new services pertaining to assigned departments.
- Provide operational insights, clarify issues and suggest for solutions.
- Oversee the quality of services in all assigned areas at all times to maintain and maximize the level of patient satisfaction and prevent patient complaints and complications.
