RESPONSIBILITES;
- Managing all Finance and Accounting operations
- Funds Management and on Cash Flows
- Preparation of monthly P&L A/c with percentage and the variances
- P & L review with Top Management with each brands & Department’s head.
- Coordinating and Conducting the Internal and External Audits
- Preparation of Annual Budget
- Statutory Payments, Returns, Assessments etc.
- Preparation of accumulated Balance Sheet (Quarterly and Yearly)
- Preparation of P & L Annually.
- inating and directing the preparation of the Budget and Financial Forecasts for all departments in Kuwait and abroad.
- Preparing and Publishing Timely Monthly Financial Statements to Top Management.
- Regular review of financial performance of each business unit and department vs. Budget and KPIs in line with agreed reporting timetable
- Oversee key Finance Department Functions including Payroll Cost Controls in line with Budget.
- Maintain external relationships with banking and insurance executives outside of the organization
- Ensure all bank reconciliation and cash management processes are maintained and are robust
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Expenditure tracking, operational budgets and long-range financial planning
- Implementing of new corporate financial procedures to ensure best practice
- Detailed working on the Investment made and calculating ROI on all the segment of the company thereon and suggest investing in the locality which gives maximum returns.
- Complete feasibility study for New business planning and Opening new locations for Kuwait and outside countries.
- Monitoring on Revenue & Expenses Variance Analysis on periodic basis and taking the appropriate steps towards the business goal.
- Projection / Forecast / Estimates of Revenue & Expenses monthly
