ACK is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the Student Affairs Department as the level of Coordinator. The successful candidate shall provide support to the Manager- Student Affairs in the daily operations of the unit.
Job Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Under minimal supervision, performs complex and diverse duties in support of a work area or group of individuals.
- Responds to inquiries requiring a broad understanding of work-area policies and procedures. Provides explanations and instructions. Ensures inquiries are addressed and resolved.
- Resolves highly complex problems requiring information from multiple sources or advanced knowledge.
- Works within a team to plan and deliver a comprehensive annual student life, special events and activities plan within the defined budget.
- Works with supervisor to develop activities as part of the orientation program planning for new students.
- Supports various ACK student activities, including open days, bazaars, graduation ceremonies and other extra-curricular activities as required.
- Assist Manager to establish sports clubs to promote and develop sport and leisure related interests e.g. basketball, soccer, swimming etc.
