Duties & Responsibilities
- administrative and clerical support to department or individual
- Preparing reports using spreadsheet as required along with other reports.
- Answering incoming calls, taking massages and redirecting calls as required
- Attend meeting and take meeting minutes
- Schedule appointments and meetings and book meeting room and facilities.
- Preparing memos, letters and reports using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Ordering office supplies as required.
- Maintaining all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained.
- Scheduling conference calls, video conference sessions and meetings.
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
