Duties & Responsibilities


  • administrative and clerical support to department or individual
  • Preparing reports using spreadsheet as required along with other reports.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking massages and redirecting calls as required
  • Attend meeting and take meeting minutes
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and book meeting room and facilities.
  •  Preparing memos, letters and reports using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  •  Develop and maintain a filing system.
  •  Ordering office supplies as required.
  •  Maintaining all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained.
  • Scheduling conference calls, video conference sessions and meetings.

·        Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
