We are looking for a Call Center Manager who will be responsible for:
- Determining call center operational strategies by conducting needed assessments, performance reviews, and capacity planning.
- Developing call center systems and processes.
- Maintaining and improving call center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, managing system and process improvement, and quality assurance programs.
- Taking care of hiring call center agents, training, coaching, and performance appraisal.
- Preparing call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management.
- Ensuring that all employees follow the company’s best practices for call center management and operations.
