Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Obtain Quotations
- Obtain quotes based on the value of the materials to be bought.
- Determine the best value supplier and forward the documentation to the purchase coordinator for LPO’s
Arrange the Purchases:
- Process the daily purchase requisitions
- Send out request for quotations to various suppliers
- Negotiate prices with the suppliers
Create LPO’s
- Prepares P.O. in the system
- Verify the price comparisons, parts details etc.
- Receives signed P.O’s & circulate.
- Follow-up delivery and update the status to the end user.
Follow-up tasks to the messengers
- Assign various tasks to the messengers
- Make sure they get the right parts from the right place & timely delivery & ensure to complete the necessary documentation
