-Assisting in Managing/Supervising of (Purchasing, Stationery, Fixed Assets, In house Printing Press Depts.) and Outsourced contractors in coordination with Manager-Purchasing/Stationery/Fixed Assets.
-Assisting in Overseeing various purchase requests received from Departments/Branches Bank wide for all items in coordination with Manager-Purchasing/Stationery/Fixed Assets Dept.
-Assist and Ensure that Purchase requests received are processed in line with CBK Expense Authorization Policy (EAP) and CBK Policy and Procedure guidelines. Coordinate with Manager-Purchasing/Stationery/Fixed Assets.
-Assist in Counter checking on price analysis prepared by Supervisor & Sr. purchase Officer. In coordination with Manager-Purchasing/Stationery/F.Assets.
-Assisting in Supervising over the prompt receipt of goods from various Vendors through the Supervisor & Sr. Purchase Office and its subsequent delivery to concerned depts./branches, overseeing and processing of invoices to be sent to Financial Control Division for payments.
-Assist in overseeing that Supervisor and Sr. purchase officer are maintaining up to date prompt records of all job cards for various equipment serviced and to ensure that all equipment purchased has warranty and maintenance/service agreements.
-Assist in Overseeing/Supervising over the Renewal/signing of Vehicle Rental/Lease Agreements at the request of Departments/Branches
