- Managing recruitment sourcing for vacancies.
- Searching for and adapting recruitment best practice and recommending implementation of activities that best fit the company.
- Arranging for job advertisements for employment opportunities.
- Screening job applicants based on manpower requirements, job descriptions and specifications
- Conduct first interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Evaluating applicant qualifications, applicant experience, education, training, and skills.
- Developing and determining sources - local and international - for recruitment to meet the company needs.
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
- Maintaining and reviewing contracts with recruitment agencies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing employment offers and required documentation to new hires in accordance with the company’s procedures.
- Managing and maintaining a Recruitment Tracking System to provide up-to-date information at all times.
