- Prepare annual and semi-annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Preparing financial reports to analyze the financial results of the activities of the various sectors of the company and compare them with the plans and estimated budgets and provide the senior management with the necessary recommendations and recommendations
- Preparing the necessary periodic reports for higher management and any non-periodic reports that may be requested on specific dates and accurately reflecting the true picture of the company's situation
- Evaluating the accounting policies used and evaluating the reasonableness of accounting estimates and related disclosures of the financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Evaluate the comprehensive presentation of the consolidated financial statements, their structure, and the data contained therein, including the disclosures, and evaluate whether the consolidated financial statements express the basic transactions and related events in a manner that achieves fair presentation.
- Work according to the general directives based on the approved policies and plans based on the approved financial plan
- Supervising the work of closing the final accounts at the end of the fiscal year, ensuring that they are completed on time, informing the higher management of them, and following up their audit by the external auditors.
- The suggestion to the company’s management the appropriate method regarding cash liquidity and various financing means
- Study the deviations resulting from the comparison of the estimated and actual budgets, coordinate the provisions for monitoring capital and operational expenditures, and submit periodic reports on these deviations to higher management.

- اعداد البيانات المالية السنوية و نصف السنوية المجمعة وفقًا للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)
- اعداد التقارير المالية لتحليل نتائج انشطة القطاعات المختلفة بالشركة من الناحية المالية و مقارنتها مع الخطط و الموازنات التقديرية و تزويد الادارة العليا بالاقتراخات و التوصيات اللازمة
- اعداد التقارير الدورية و الضرورية للادارة العليا و اية تقارير غير دورية قد تطلب في مواعيد محددة و بدقة تعكس الصورة الحقيقة لوضع الشركة
- تقييم السياسات المحاسبيةالمستخدمة و تقييم مدى معقولية التقديرات المحاسبية و الافصاحات ذات الصلة للبياناتالمالية وفقا للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)
- تقييم العرض الشامل للبيانات المالية المجمعة و هيكلها و البانات المتضمنة فيها بما في ذلك الافصاحات و تقييم ما اذا كانت البيانات المالية المجمعة تعبر عن المعاملات الاساسية و الاحداث ذات الصلة بأسلوب يحقق العرض العادل.
- العمل وفقا للتوجيهات العامة المبنية على السياسات و الخطط لمعتمدة بناء على الخطة المالية المعتمدة
- الاشراف على اعمال اقفال الحسابات الختامية بنهاية العام المالي و التأكد من انجازها في الوقت المحدد لها و اطلاع الادارة العليا عليها و متابعة تدقيقها من قبل المدققين الخارجيين.
- الاقتراح على ادارة الشركة الكيفية المناسبة حيال السيولة النقدية و سبل التمويل المختلفة
- دراسة الانحرافات الناتجة من مقارنة الموازنات التقديرية و الفعلية و التنسيق لاحكام المراقبة على النفقات الرأسمالية و التشغيلية و رفع التقارير الدورية عن تلك الانحرافات للادارة العليا.
- الاقتراح على ادارة الشركة الكيفية المناسبة حيال السيولة النقدية و سبل التمويل المختلفة
- القيام بما يسند اليه من مهام اخرى مشابهة يكلف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر
