The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked for Sultan Centre, Carrefour, Lulu Hypermarket or any other supermarket or grocery stores. Other candidates that will be considered are those with F&B and retail background.
A convenience store manager will be assigned with the responsibilities of ensuring the smooth daily running of the convenience store by managing sales, personnel and food suppliers.
He/she is also involved with the coordination and supervision of activities which concern the sales of retail in the convenience store. This individual will be responsible for managing the store’s procurement, relationships with suppliers and placing orders of items that need to be replenished on a daily basis. Primarily, the individual will maintain store profitably and be tasked with continuous optimisation of assortments for maxim profit.
The convenience store manager will report to the owner regularly on sales and other activities of the store by sharing sales reports and other commercial documentation.
