· Team management: setting the annual and monthly objectives to the General managers, setting and controlling the weekly requirements with other departments.
· To ensure that the Project Controls Process is carried out in accordance with the Client Procedures \[Project Controls\] and the Project related Project Management Plan.
· Implements project controls procedures and systems, project controls training and (kick-off) workshops for project management team and/ or contractor.

· Cost control: Ensuring and managing the efficiency of workers, participating in the design concepts and material selection, preventing cost creep and controlling records for the variations.
· Schedule control: setting the outlines for achievable schedules, controlling the records of delays, weekly and monthly monitoring to the schedule progress.
· Quality control: controlling the quality level, ensuring that all the targets to correct the quality defects are met.
· Prowess in detailed study of the drawings, developing technical solutions & resolving bottlenecks.
· Domain knowledge in façade & spider glazing using boat truss glazing, ACP cladding, frameless doors, portal structure, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Glass & MS Railing, interior partition, & MS heavy structure with glass fin & rope system.
· Expertise in supporting marketing team technically solves any commercial dispute.
· Exposure to designing robust QA/ QC and safety plans & procedures in accordance to the specified standards.
· Ability to initiate efficient resource utilization steps & effective cost management leading to increased productivity
· Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- To review and comment of design drawings, coordinate and resolve issues.
· Chair and manage respective projects meetings.
· To co-ordinates, leads/supervises and monitors the Project Controls activities of Consultants, Contractors and other involved parties.
· To manage the interface for Project Controls activities to all required Departments involved in the project (e.g. Engineering, Finance, Procurement) and to the local and international Architect/Engineers and Construction Contractors (as applicable).
· To provides input to the project reports including Project Monthly Reports, Quarterly Report and the Project Completion Report.
· To ensure that the Contractors’ Project Controls Systems are capable of meeting Client requirements as outlined in the Job Specifications and Execution Procedures and ensure that schedule control techniques and tools are adequately and properly implemented.
