Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Budget.
• Comparing Actual & Budget Cost.
• Preparation of Financial Statements- Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement & Cash Flow Statement & reporting to Accounts Manager timely.
• Reviewing AR Statement, reports on Daily Deposits checks, Bank Transfer & exchange rate fluctuations & Aging Reports.
• Preparing & reviewing AP Statement for Local & Foreign vendors, payments checks, invoices, GL entries.
• Auditing payroll/ Salaries as per Kuwait Labor Law
• Checking of Physical Inventory on a Monthly Basis & providing report to Manager/Owner.
• Prompt application of cash and clearing outstanding balances.
• Month end closing procedures and financial statement preparation.
