The marketing manager will in charge of managing the sales in the company and he/she has to be creative. The marketing manager is expected to face challenges that might face the company because of competitors in the market. The marketing manager will be managing a team and will guide them to be increase the sales of the company. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Put marketing plans to increase the sales.
- Developing and executing marketing plans to successfully increase sales.
- Following up with marketing programs and advertisements to evaluate the results.
- Put a pricing plan.
- Searching and analyzing financial and technological factors to get marketing chances and limit competition.
- Set agreements with marketing agencies to do marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate and gauged the audience response towards marketing programs and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and providing creative ideas.
- Interviewing, hiring and training marketing employees in coordination with the HR team.
