Overall
- Implement functional and technical requirements and participate in dashboard configuration, testing and deployment.
- Configure and Implement the sales cycle as required by the client (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, project planning, automation of contract sharing, automation of follow up emails.. etc).
- Perform configuration and customization of the platform.
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation process.
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
- Implement and configure ticketing for complaints, meetings, events, incidents, requests, changes.. etc.
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
- Implement and configure customized field of accounts, leads, contacts and deal closure flow.
