The Sales Representatives are a key link between pharmaceutical department and medical and healthcare professionals/markets; he will work strategically to increase the sales and awareness of the product knowledge use of a company's pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts, medical care clinics and hospitals.
-Key responsible is to achieve sales target set by Sales Manager-
To cover all target customer and market segment related to the company product portfolio.
- To follow up the end-user feedback concerning the company products.
- Responsible in monitoring stock liquidation at customer stores.
- To follow up company inquiry submitted to the customers, with coordination with the Sales Manager or Sales & Key Accounts Manager.
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products services.
- Sales Representatives can spend much of their time traveling to and visiting with prospective customers.
